Remedial Massage.

Remedial Massage is a therapeutic form of massage using various forms of techniques including, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy and Cross-Fibre Friction and is aimed at treating specific musculoskeletal issues, injuries, or imbalances.

 

It involves a more targeted approach than general relaxation massage, focusing on addressing the underlying causes of pain, dysfunction, or tension in the body.

 

I will assess, treat, and rehabilitate problem areas, helping to restore proper function, reduce pain, and promote healing.
